Ali was active and fast responsive with phone calls or whenever I have any doubt to clear about the sales. I never felt like I am dealing with estate agent as He was very friendly and clear about what he is doing. Keep it up guys, you are a star

After couple of months again I contacted the same estate agency and got hold of "Gunay Ledbury". She resolved my query in less than a day. I would say her professionalism is marvelous and would highly recommend to utilize her services.

Damages done by tenants but property owners expected to pay for the repairs. Property manager Sarah has no eye for detail or pride in the work, customer service extremely poor. Avoid this agency if you care about your property being looked after.

Job requests were never followed up with the landlord and repair work were never done by professional handyman. No maintenance work is done in the property. 1 year of absolute misery. Stay away from them for rental properties.
