- Leo Added July 11, 2017★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Clean and nice facility, and friendly staff. But I noticed lately this dental practice had become very busy. They had fallen into the same trap of trying to book in too many people to see a dentist. The result was that you now had to wait 15 to 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment before you would be attended to. We used to see Dr Matthew Rykiss to attend to our son for about 2 years. After the last experience when we had to wait again for 20 mins past our booked appointment, we cancelled the appointment and moved to another dental practice. In addition, good luck trying to book appointment with Dr Matthew Rykiss. Unless you or your kids are his clients having cosmetic dentistry (or other high fee services), you won't be able to book a convenient time after school hours regardless of how far ahead in time you book an appointment.
